Ice Hat for Migraines, Headache Relief with Thicker Gel for Longer Cooling

This ice hat has changed my life! I love everything about it. In fact, I think it will also make an awesome gift for a few of my peeps. :-)

I suffer from migraines, tension headaches, and sinus headaches often. Recently, I fell down my hardwood stairs and hit the back of my head pretty hard so I've been getting a lot of headaches and pain lately...as if I needed another reason...so I've been using this thing daily ever since I got it.

The wrap itself is a very satisfying gel-like material. It's heavy, soft and flexible with stretchy material on the sides making it super easy to slide on and off of your head. It cools the entire head and gives just the right amount of pressure.

You can put it in the freezer to get it really cold, but I often just use it right off of my nightstand when I'm laying in bed. It's always slightly cool and feels so good on my head!

Greatest invention for pounding and throbbing headaches. Such a great relief to a point where I don't have to take meds which is always a great choice. I push it until it's unbearable. Great quality and construction. Awesome value!

I put this mask in my freezer as the directions requested and tried it on. It gets really cold. I know that's what I should expect, but I just didn't think it would get, and stay, as cold as it does. I get regular headaches that I like to use a cold pack on. But it rarely can get to all sides that hurt. My wife says I have a big head and this stretched to cover mine.

This a comfortable cap for relieving headache pains. It does hold a cold temperature for a very long time. It fits the entire head snugly, but not too tight. It applies even pressure and cold all over. It blocks all light. It is comfortable to lay down while wearing.

It stops at the top of the neck in back. Some people may even be able to pull the cap to mid neck in the back. If you are a person who also needs to apply cold to the base of the neck, this cap may not be adequate for that. However, a combination of the cap and a cold neck pack will be perfect.

This blackout mask for migraines works really well. The cooling gel is just fine for me at room temperature. The mask is comfortable, and blocks out the light. Which gives a lot of relief from these debilitating headaches
